A first meeting with rhythm for the youngest dancers, through play.
The school's first class, for children from age 3. Through play, song and exercises that feel like games, children learn to listen to music and move with it.
The goal is not choreography but foundations: rhythm, coordination, balance, spatial awareness and the habit of working in a group. From here children move naturally into the other classes.
