StandardStandard / ballroom classes in Volos
European dances in closed hold — technique, posture and travel across the floor.
Elegance, technique and harmony in the movement of the couple.
The Standard dances are one of the core competitive categories of DanceSport and comprise the Waltz, Tango, Viennese Waltz, Slow Foxtrot and Quickstep.
Training is built on posture, balance, connection and coordination between the two partners, and on the quality of the movement. The dancers learn to move together with harmony, control, musicality and proper use of the floor.
At Love2Dance the classes adapt to each dancer's level, from learning the basic elements through to specialised competition preparation.
